< Management of Personal Information >
The Company handles customers’ information such as name, email address, phone number, home address and other information identifying specific individual (“Personal Information”) properly and keeps Personal Information accurate and updated. In order to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, unauthorized alternation and leakage etc., the Company shall take proper measures such as the establishment of the Management System and education for the employees etc. to carry out a strict security management concerning Personal Information.
< 1. Purpose of Use of Personal Information >
The Company shall use Personal Information obtained:
-to perform and improve the company’s educational programs.
-to develop new services and marketing.
-to announce and provide services.
-to respond to the inquiries and send other documents by email.
-to announce services of the company and the related organization.
-to announce events.
< 2. Provision of Personal Information >
The Company shall manage strictly Personal Information obtained to the extent of achieving the purpose of use set forth except the cases below:
(i) with the customer’s consent.
(ii) cases in which the provision of Personal Information is in accord with laws or regulations.
(iii) cases in which the provision of Personal Information is necessary for the protection of life, body or individual property and in which it is difficult to acquire the customer’s consent.
(iv) cases in which the provision of Personal Information is necessary for the improvement of public health or promoting the sound growth of children and in which it is difficult to acquire the customer’s consent.
(v) cases in which the provision of Personal Information is necessary in collaboration with a state organ, a local government, or an individual operator entrusted by one set forth to execute the affairs prescribed by laws and regulations and in which it may hinder the operations stated above with the customer’s consent.
< 3. Prohibition of Disclosure and Share of Personal Information to the Third Parties >
The Company shall manage the customer’s Personal Information obtained properly and shall not disclose Personal Information to the third parties except the cases below:
(i) with the customer’s consent.
(ii) cases in which the provision of Personal Information is in accord with laws or regulations.
(iii) cases in which the provision of Personal Information is necessary for the protection of life, body or individual property and in which it is difficult to acquire the customer’s consent.
(iv) cases in which the provision of Personal Information is necessary for the improvement of public health or promoting the sound growth of children and in which it is difficult to acquire the customer’s consent.
(v) cases in which the provision of Personal Information is necessary in collaboration with a state organ, a local government, or an individual operator entrusted by one set forth to execute the affairs prescribed by laws and regulations and in which it may hinder the operations stated above with the customer’s consent.
Nevertheless, cases set out below are not corresponded to the disclosure and share of Personal Information to the third party:
(1) cases in which the Company entrusts an individual or a business for managing Personal Information in whole or in part to the extent of achieving the purpose of use.
(2) cases in which Personal Information is shared as a result of the succession of business in a merger etc..
(3) cases in which the provision of Personal Information is handled in collaboration with a specific individual or a business and cases in which the Company announced in advance the name of the individual or the business in charge of management of Personal Information to the customer or under the condition that the customer easily knows the entities referred above.

The Company takes necessary and proper measures for protecting accuracy and security of Personal Information.
< 5. Verification of the Customer >
The Company shall respond to the customer’s request for disclosure, editing and deletion of Personal Information after that the customer’s individual verification is properly implemented.

The Company shall observe Japanese laws and regulations applied to stored Personal Information and review this privacy policy to improve from time to time.
